He has a knob on his back that, when turned, raises the suspension a little. Like other Roboriders, the front wheel can be fired, although this is tricky. There are some strange characters on his wheels.

Dust also has a face mask that flips up and down. But Dust's best feature is it's ability to THRUST THY FEARSOME SPIKES WHEN PUSHED DOWN! Or, maybe it's just it's overall amazing playability.
